Returns are available for this product for 14 days after delivery. We accept exchanges or credit on all other Knickers and Bras as long as the item is unworn, undamaged and still have the tags and hygiene sticker on (where applicable).
For products such as thongs we strictly do not accept returns. They will be rejected, unless proven faulty upon receipt. This is our company policy for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your item does not arrive or is significantly different to the description provided, just let us know! As long as you tell us within 60 days of ordering, you'll get a full refund!
Note that items are only protected if you pay using the "Buy" button on the CHICMI app or website. If you pay outside of CHICMI - for example in cash, or using a service like CashApp, Venmo or PayPal - we can't cover that.
