Store Terms & Returns Policy
Cmplt Unknwn wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. Each item has been made by hand. Any natural variations are considered unique and characteristic of the crafting technique utilized in the making of the product. We are not responsible for variations in color of items due to individual monitor color settings.
Regular priced merchandise can be returned for a refund in its original, unused condition within 7 days of the delivery date.
We accept the exchange of product or store credit up to 14 days from the delivery date.
To request a return please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at: sales@cmpltunknwn.com.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in their original packaging including the dust bag and tags with any enclosed documentation.
Products that fail to meet these standards will be sent back to you at your cost.
Once your package reaches us, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. We cannot refund shipping costs.
When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
You are responsible for return shipping. For your security, we recommend using a trackable and insured courier for sending your return (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.). Cmplt Unknwn is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
International orders may be returned using any method of your choice at your expense. International customer is responsible for applicable duties and taxes.
