Vogue 100: The Dawn of Fashion Photography

WHEN:

April 23rd 2016 to April 24th 2016
Ended

WHERE:

London

WHAT:

In this two-day workshop led by photographer Eddie Otchere in association with Film’s Not Dead, investigate the early years of fashion photography, which saw a shift from illustration to this creative, edgy and boundary-leaping new medium.

Using the film and classic cameras such as the Rolleiflex and Leica (provided) which pioneered the earliest fashion photographs, you will explore the relationship between illustration, photography and magazines, working with a model in vintage dress both in the studio and on location.

The course includes time in the exhibition. Suitable for all abilities.
