To have your event listed, just fill in the new event form. We want our readers to be as informed as possible, so the more information you can provide the better, such as:

  • The event address. If you want the exact location to be private until they've booked with you, we can list it with just a street name or approximate region.
  • Start date, end date and opening times. An embargo date if needed.
  • Is the event free, booking required, invite only, trade only or paid for? If it's paid for, how much is it and how can they buy tickets? If it's booking required, how do they book?
  • What should customers expect at the event? For example, if it's a sample sale then what brands are on sale, what price ranges, what sizes, and what payment types are accepted?
  • Any photos or images. Beautiful high res images help us get the word out. The more imagery you can provide the more the event will be shared. Flyers are welcome, but campaign or lifestyle images without text are preferred.
  • Any relevant web links. For example a link where they can buy tickets, where they can shop the event online, or where they can RSVP?
  • Any additional information that you need us to include, for example refund policies, entry instructions, or parking.
