If your item does not arrive or is significantly different to the description provided, just let us know! As long as you tell us within 60 days of ordering, you'll get a full refund!
Note that items are only protected if you pay using the "Buy" button on the CHICMI app or website. If you pay outside of CHICMI - for example in cash, or using a service like CashApp, Venmo or PayPal - we can't cover that.
