Sale and Returns Policy for sales outside the UK:

Prices are displayed duty-unpaid and customers are responsible for any taxes and duties upon entry to a country outside of the UK.

Please note that all sales are final for our USA customers. We do not accept returns for purchased items or offer exchanges.

We take great pride in the quality of our products. Each item undergoes rigorous inspection by our in-house brand staff, specially trained in luxury sheepskin and leather products, to ensure the highest quality standard for all our merchandise.

In the rare case that you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team at customercare@karldonoghue.com within 5 working days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, kindly provide details of the damage along with supporting photographs.

Returns for damaged goods are available for 5 working days after delivery, provided the item is in its original state WITH TAGS, please, thank you!

You will be able to email us to request a return, and we will provide instructions for packaging and sending the return.

To initiate a return, kindly provide details of the damage along with supporting photographs.

Buying on CHICMI is safe, and you're protected!

If your item does not arrive or is significantly different to the description provided, just let us know! As long as you tell us within 60 days of ordering, you'll get a full refund!

Note that items are only protected if you pay using the "Buy" button on the CHICMI app or website. If you pay outside of CHICMI - for example in cash, or using a service like CashApp, Venmo or PayPal - we can't cover that.
