PLEASE NOTE: some minor imperfections are to be expected as majority of stock sold is press samples, production samples or ex display merchandise, are thus not considered faulty or defective. We take great care inspecting all pieces prior to shipping and will notify customers prior to shipping if there are visible imperfections on the goods.
UK Customers: You have 14 days from day of receipt to exchange or return your purchase. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
USA Customers: All SALES are final unless faulty. Please note, that the sale prices DO NOT include sales, import or customs duty and you agree to pay any relevant fees.

Shipping on this sale is $27.00 per order - we'll add that at your basket when you check out. You should expect delivery with 7 days of ordering.
There are no purchase limits at this sale - you can purchase as much or as little as you'd like.

If your item does not arrive or is significantly different to the description provided, just let us know! As long as you tell us within 60 days of ordering, you'll get a full refund!
Note that items are only protected if you pay using the "Buy" button on the CHICMI app or website. If you pay outside of CHICMI - for example in cash, or using a service like CashApp, Venmo or PayPal - we can't cover that.
