Terms & Returns Policy

Returns are available 14 days from delivery. Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie - we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been damaged or worn. We cannot accept returns on opened packs of hosiery.

You will be able to request a return through Chicmi, and we will provide instructions for packaging and sending the return. Unless the product is faulty, we will not be responsible for shipping costs of the return. IMPORTANT! Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes which may be levied in their respective countries.
