This sale is being run and shipped from the United Kingdom.

For customers in the UK: Returns are available for 14 days from delivery. You will be able to contact us through Chicmi to request a return. Note that unless the product is faulty, we will not be responsible for the shipping cost of the return back to us in the UK.

For customers outside of the UK, please note that there are no refunds/exchanges on sample sale products. Customers are responsible for tax and duties on these products into their home country.

Buying on CHICMI is safe, and you're protected!

If your item does not arrive or is significantly different to the description provided, just let us know! As long as you tell us within 60 days of ordering, you'll get a full refund!

Note that items are only protected if you pay using the "Buy" button on the CHICMI app or website. If you pay outside of CHICMI - for example in cash, or using a service like CashApp, Venmo or PayPal - we can't cover that.
