WHEN:

Tue October 13th 2015
Paid Entry (ยฃ10.00)

WHERE:

Victoria & Albert Museum, Cromwell Road, London, SW7 2RL

WHAT:

Nadja Swarovski is a Member of the Executive Board of Swarovski and the great-great granddaughter of Daniel Swarovski, who founded the crystal business in 1895 in the Tyrolean Alps.

To celebrate Swarovskiโ€™s 120th anniversary, Rizzoli has published a book charting its rich history of working in collaboration with creative talents across disciplines including fashion, jewellery, design, architecture, and cinema. Nadja Swarovski has actively positioned the brand at the forefront of contemporary design and consumer trends since she joined the firm in 1995.

To mark the publication of the first book about her family business, Nadja will discuss her passion for crystal as a creative ingredient and how she has forged relationships with some of the foremost artists and designers working today. She will be in conversation with Colin McDowell, writer and previous fashion editor of the Sunday Times, and Martin Roth, Director of the Victoria and Albert Museum.
