UK returns are eligible for refund or exchange 14 days from purchase and can be processed through our return portal https://returnsportal.shop/no-emotions. Items must be in perfect condition with tags attached and refunds are processed within 3-5 working days, exchanges sent out same day subject to availability.

International returns are eligible for refund only 14 days from purchase and can be processed through our return portal linked here: https://returnsportal.shop/no-emotions. Items must be in perfect condition with tags attached with return shipping the responsibility of the customer.

Buying on CHICMI is safe, and you're protected!

If your item does not arrive or is significantly different to the description provided, just let us know! As long as you tell us within 60 days of ordering, you'll get a full refund!

Note that items are only protected if you pay using the "Buy" button on the CHICMI app or website. If you pay outside of CHICMI - for example in cash, or using a service like CashApp, Venmo or PayPal - we can't cover that.
