This seminar will give you the legal information you need to appoint and work successfully with distributors and agents both abroad and in the UK.

Stephen Sidkin and members of his team from fashion law specialists Fox Williams LLP (www.fashionlaw.co.uk) will explain what you can do, how best to protect yourself, and what to do if things do go wrong. Having worked in menswear, Stephen is an avid believer in the power of brands. He advises many fashion brands on their relationships with distributors and agents. Stephen has been publicly recognised as a leading authority on distributorship and agency law, in particular the Commercial Agents Regulations.
