The Wallace Collection
is now one of London’s great national museums but originally it was a private collection. The fifth talk in the Manolo Blahnik
series, will explore the different approaches to collecting and the motivations that lie behind it, investigating what drives an individual to collect and the significance of both public and private collections – and how we bring them to life.
Your ticket includes an exclusive after hours view of the exhibition An Enquiring Mind: Manolo Blahník at the Wallace Collection and a glass of wine. The exhibition and drinks will be available from 5.30pm to 7pm only. The panel discussion will begin at 7pm sharp.
