"Fashion Illustration is back in vogue. To coincide with the Louise-Dahl Wolfe photography exhibition, come and meet the fashion illustrators who graced the front covers and pages of the international fashion press during the post-war period. From the elegance of Gruau, Bouché and Erickson to the dynamism of Antonio Lopez and Kenneth Paul Block, their drawings brought to life the work of Dior, Balenciaga and Yves Saint Laurent. At the same time, these illustrators enhanced the fortunes of Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar plus leading department stores including Liberty, Printemps, Saks 5th Avenue and Bergdorf Goodman through their masterful strokes."
