Store Terms & Returns Policy

Returns are available 14 days from delivery. Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging, with all swing tags attached. Ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie - we will not accept returns on items that have been damaged or show signs of having been worn.
You will be able to request a return through Chicmi, and we will provide instructions for packaging and sending the return. Unless the product is faulty, we will not be responsible for shipping costs of the return. IMPORTANT! Customers are solely responsible for any import duties and taxes which may be levied by tax authorities in their respective countries.

Buying on CHICMI is safe, and you're protected!

If your item does not arrive or is significantly different to the description provided, just let us know! As long as you tell us within 60 days of ordering, you'll get a full refund!

Note that items are only protected if you pay using the "Buy" button on the CHICMI app or website. If you pay outside of CHICMI - for example in cash, or using a service like CashApp, Venmo or PayPal - we can't cover that.
