Junior Web Designer

CHICMI is the world's #1 social network for circular fashion - and we're expanding our team to bring our vision to even more people around the world! We're looking for a full time web designer who can join our team in London and help us create a new, more beautiful CHICMI!

You will be joining CHICMI's small, devoted and hard working family, who are changing the way fashion deals with waste, and how brands interact with their customers.

We're looking for an upcoming creative who understands how to design for the web and mobile, and who can work with our co-founders to update all aspects of CHICMI.

Your Mission

As a member of our startup team you'll get to see all aspects of the business, and will have a wide range of day-to-day tasks including:

Working on key design, branding and style guides.
Producing mock ups for web pages, mobile app screens, and emails, and breaking these down into assets for dev.
Working with our developers to make sure everything is pixel perfect and correct.
Creating illustrations, icons and graphics for use in your designs.
Creating banners and assets for marketing campaigns.
Helping the team run, post and create content for social media channels.
Editing video content for social and for use on-site
Joining the rest of the team in inspiring, helping and exciting our community.
Other things! As a fast moving tech company, we all get our hands dirty across the business.

Your Expertise

You will need to have plenty of expertise in tools for design and graphic artwork - ideally the Adobe Creative Suite. You'll definitely need an excellent eye for design and a drive to make everything look great. But most of all you'll have a passion for our mission and you'll be eager to learn and grow as part of CHICMI's team!

The role will be based in London. For the majority of the time you'll be working remotely from your home - we use Slack and Google Suite for keeping everyone connected. But we'll also regularly have meetings with you in Central London where we can discuss projects face-to-face and go through designs.
