WHAT:

A selection of shortlisted work by 3rd Year BA Jewellery Design students from Central Saint Martins inspired by the exhibition Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty.

Swarovski has collaborated with Central Saint Martins BA jewellery design students challenging them to push the boundaries of crystal and gemstone use in their designs. Third year students were tasked to create couture jewellery and body adornment pieces taking inspiration from the exhibition Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty and focusing on the inclusion of Swarovski crystals and gemstones.

This display complements our temporary exhibition Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty as well as our permanent collections.

There are many free temporary displays around the V&A. They range in size from a single case to a room.
